Different Types of Liquid Filling Equipment

The type of liquid filling equipment should be decided on the basis of the type of liquid to be filled.

·      For less viscous beverage or thin liquids: For beverages like water, glass cleaner and other beverages having low viscosity or free flowing liquids you should have a separate type of filler known as overflow filler. They are called because these liquids are filled up to the neck of the bottle and are stopped if there is any overflow. 

·      For high viscous beverages: Liquids like hair gels, toothpaste, ketchup and sauces need a different type of filling equipment. They require a pump filling machine to push the products into the containers. These are not same as the overflow fillers and they are based on a timer.

·      Special unique liquids: Liquids like candles, glues require more concentration during filling. All the conditions like temperature, pressure, viscosity level to be measured before filling them into the container. Any minor change in the parameters can affect the whole liquid filling equipment.
